She will help you learn to tune into your body and be present whilst giving you tips on relaxation and self care.
Her work is focused on Energy and the 'tools' that she uses includes META-Health, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Reiki / Energy healing and Nutrition.
Robyn is an animal and nature lover who is also passionate about good healthy food. Her passion lies in exploring these elements and seeing how they contribute to living richer, healthier and happier lives. She is also a great believer in doing the things that make your heart sing.
The Business Haven is all about community, collaboration, and connection.
These skills sessions are designed for local business women who are interested in learning in a social setting. The groups are small, maximum 12 people, ensuring the personal application of both subject matter and support.
This is a learning and leaning experience with emphasis placed on skills development and thinking differently, pertinent to women who are thinking of starting a business, wanting to scale up their business, wanting to enhance their business intelligence, wanting to develop themselves or wanting to find support from others in a similar situation.
This is a non-profit venture.
The structure of the sessions is very simple and comprises of the necessary introductions, a themed presentation, and some group work. The sessions are informative, insightful, supportive, interactive and fun! It is all about self-directed learning and creating a forum where self development and business development are enhanced simultaneously.
